What do I need on my server?
As the name suggests, you need ASP (Microsoft Active Server Pages) enabled on your server. This is a standard on all Windows based servers. No remote control of the server is required, just simple FTP access will enable you to set-up the program. No component registrations are required.

Can I monitor people who are behind a network?
Yes. ASP Sheriff allows you to switch between sessions on a single IP.

Do I have to tell me visitors I monitor them?
You should display a message on your site something along the lines of "we monitor sessions on this site for the safety of you and others". However, we do not personally enforce this within the software.

Can I use ASP Sheriff on my intranet?
Yes. ASP Sheriff will work over an intranet, however, when you purchase ASP Sheriff be sure to notify us that you are using it for this purpose.

How many websites can I use ASP Sheriff on?
You may only use ASP Sheriff on the website you specified when purchasing. If you want to use the software on additional sites you must purchase a separate copy.

Can I use ASP Sheriff on a sub domain of my main site?
No. You must purchase a sub domain licence, for details, contact us.

How often will I have to pay for ASP Sheriff?
You only pay once for the software, there is no annual or reoccurring fee. You may however wish to purchase upgrades when they are available but this is optional.

I have found a bug in the software, what should I do?

I noticed that ASP Sheriff checks my licence when I use it, what is this?
ASP Sheriff simply asks our server if you are a valid customer of the product when you use it, if you have purchased the product this is no problem, we only include this to stop piracy of our software. Only your website name is sent to our server to check this, no other information.
